Job application assessments
in order to be considered for any position at gather juice co., we ask that you complete 1-2 assigned assessments in indeed. you might have some opinions as to the accuracy of assessments of this type and, to be honest, we do too. primarily, we’re looking for whether candidates want to be considered for the position enough to take a bit of extra time to complete the necessary assessments.
immediately upon submission of your job application you should see a screen asking you to take the associated assessments. if you don’t have time or would simply rather not complete the assessment right then, you’ll get an email with the subject line “you received a request from gather juice co.” containing the links. here’s an example of that email. it’s of course possible that this message ends up in your spam folder, but simply searching “you received a request from gather juice co” should locate it easily.
if you’ve already completed these assessments for another job application, it’s possible you will not be prompted to complete them again. to check which assessments you’ve completed and which assessments you’re showing to employers, follow the steps in this video.
if you’d rather not complete the assessments, no problem. we’ll simply consider that you’re not interested in the position and, about 7 days after your initial application, we’ll decline your application.
