The program

GJC Tacoma, LLC, doing business as Gather Juice Co., operates a text message program that sends news about the menu, seasonal items, events, offers, and loyalty rewards to subscribers who have opted in. Messages are sent from +1 (844) 793-2667.

Signing up

You can join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts at our counter during checkout, through a sign-up form, or by texting us to subscribe.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy anything we sell without joining the text program, and we won't treat you differently if you don't.

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you sign up with.‍ ‍

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect roughly 2 to 4 messages per month, including occasional messages triggered by your loyalty account — for example, when you've earned a reward.

Cost‍ ‍

Message and data rates may apply. Gather Juice Co. does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you're unsure.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT. You'll get one confirmation message, and then we'll stop.

You can also unsubscribe by emailing hello@gatherjuice.co with the mobile number you'd like removed.

If you unsubscribe and later want back in, sign up again through any of the methods above.

Carriers‍ ‍

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and most regional carriers. Carrier support can change without notice.

If your number changes

If you give up or change your mobile number, you agree to tell us, so we don't text someone who didn't sign up. Email hello@gatherjuice.co.

Privacy

Information you give us as part of this program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to receive messages after we post an update means you accept the updated terms. The current version always lives at this page.
